It was December 18, 2009 when I first steped in the land of the great city Singapore, the first few months that i have stayed and trained my self to become a chef in singapore, I can say that it was a Damn asshole hell. because we only have two routes from work going to our hostel and vice-versa. I did think of giving up and quit from the program for several reasons. but luckily all my friends where telling me that I can go and pass all through out my trainning.
My first few months our executive sous chef was always scollding me for my mistakes. I did actually cried for several times for degrading me and telling me that among all five trainees who come to the hotel I was the one who is the weak, slow and null. but i take it as a compliment to improve my skills and my self to her.
as the time pass by on my 3rd month of trainning everything was flowing so smooth and in order it feels like i'm enjoying evry moment of my trainning in Furama riverfront since the days of my trainning there is coming to end. 6 months actually is too short and its seems that it was just a dream.
